From San Francisco
101 Freeway (N) to E. Blithedale exit
Turn left on E. Blithedale

From North Marin or East Bay
101 Freeway (S) to E. Blithedale exit.
Turn right on E. Blithedale

From E. Blithedale, drive west past 1 stoplight. Just after the gas station on the right, the road starts to veer left. Turn right into the CVS parking lot and park on north side. Clinic is in the professional building to the right of CVS. The entrance is next to the small one way street.

The office (Suite B) is located on the ground floor facing the courtyard. Call if you get lost!
